Packages

Strength Track

If your goal is to increase strength or build muscle, I draw on my own years of experience in strength and bodybuilding training and precise muscle building movements in order to support you in your goals. Whether you’re a seasoned gym goer or a complete beginner, I will create a programme that works for you and guide you through safe technique and precise execution.

Mobility Track

This package is all about pain free movement and joint health. Whether you come into it with existing injuries or because you want to increase the range of what your body can do, I will give you a mixture of exercises that is safe and effective for where you are, and helps you progress towards your mobility goals.

Wellness Track

The aim of this package is to help you feel better through movement. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety and depression, or just want somewhere to destress after work, we’ll come up with a programme that works for you, and I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.

Training with Sean is always a pleasure, I enjoy his company as a personal trainer and also as a friend. He has helped me gain confidence in the gym and also in life. We have set small goals which are achievable and he pushes me to do the best I can. He’s helps me with my diet and training to be best i can. Coaching

Personalized 1:1 coaching and Group Training

I provide in person 1:1 and group strength, fitness and mobility training at PB Gym near Cambridge.

The gym has a friendly wecloming atmosphere and is kitted out with a wide range of equipment for all levels of experience.

Also no membership is required for coaching session in the gym!

Online Coaching

For online programming and coaching, I’ll work with you to build a training plan that factors in your day to day life and helps keep you motivated.

In addition we’ll have weekly reviews to provide support that keeps you on track and enjoying your training.

This is alongside optional email, text and voice call support for queries or challenges and video support for form check.

About Me

I began my fitness journey in my late 20s back in 2012. As someone who wasn’t confident, suffered with anxiety and felt intimidated by gyms, I’d avoided using them until I took that first step to start looking after myself.

I have been training ever since, and developed a genuine passion for fitness and exercise, now enjoying continuing my training into my 40s.

Prior to my work as a coach, I used to have a career in publishing, so I’m also familiar with how helpful an exercise habit can be for managing work stress and getting some healthy work-life balance.

I am passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive space, and particularly helping people build confidence and helping them from taking those first steps at the gym, to excelling at their goals.

Sean’s support and guidance throughout the past year of my PT journey has been integral to ending my dread of strength training. He is friendly and encouraging while making sure I am getting the most out of each session. He provides clear instruction for each exercise and demonstrates the correct technique to ensure my body stays protected when using the gym equipment. He listened to what I was looking to achieve from my sessions and

developed the appropriate programme.
